3rd Mile Square
3rd Mile Square is a new shop-office development on 3.5 mile in the upgraded neighbourhood of Old Klang Road, whereby MISB was appointed by Tanjung Dikari Sdn Bhd, to design and build the shop-office units. The hub comprises 23 units of two-storey, four-storey and five-storey shop-offices. Strategically located, the development has easy access to several highways including the Federal Highway, the North-South Expressway and the New Pantai Expressway.
These units were completely sold out prior to its completion. This development was completed in 2007 and delivered with full CF (prior to the new government ruling regarding CFs) in November 2007.
